This repeat customer requested additional structural and moisture-control improvements following previous floor-joist repair work. The project includes installation of a full drainage system featuring 146 feet of AmerDrain and one AmeriSump unit to properly redirect groundwater and prevent future moisture intrusion in the crawl space. Structural repairs include 44 feet of sill plate replacement and 36 feet of center beam replacement to restore proper support to the home’s floor system. To complete the moisture-control scope, 1,378 square feet of vapor barrier will be installed across the crawl space, providing long-term protection against humidity and soil moisture. All work will be performed to professional standards with full site cleanup upon completion.
