Install 18 full-length 2×10 floor joists within the crawl space to reinforce or replace existing floor framing. Work includes preparing the crawl space for access, laying out joist locations to match existing spacing, and setting each joist with proper bearing, alignment, and fastening. Joists will be installed using approved structural hardware and secured to rim joists, beams, or girders as required. Blocking or bracing will be added for stability. Upon completion, the floor structure will be properly supported, level, and ready for any additional subfloor or finishing work. Cleanup of debris from the workspace is included.
