Job completed for Robert B.

Completion date: November 21, 2005

Location: Fishers, IN

Solutions provided:

This project involves preparing, cleaning, and moisture-proofing the crawl space to improve drainage, reduce humidity, and protect the home’s structure.
Work begins with a full crawl-space cleanout, removing debris, old insulation, organic material, and any obstructions to create a clean and accessible work environment. This ensures proper installation of all drainage and moisture-control components.
A total of 122 linear feet of AmeriDrain crawl-space drainage system will be installed along the interior perimeter. This system is designed to capture ground moisture and water intrusion, channeling it toward the appropriate discharge point to reduce standing water and prevent future moisture-related issues.
To control ground humidity, 1,250 square feet of CleanSpace vapor barrier will be installed across the crawl-space floor. The liner will be securely fastened, overlapped, and sealed to create a continuous vapor barrier that blocks moisture from entering the crawl space and improves overall air quality and energy efficiency.
