Job completed for Bethesda Baptist

Completion date: February 11, 2012

Location: Brownsburg q, IN

Solutions provided:

This project includes installing a full interior drainage system, upgrading the sump system, and addressing structural moisture issues through targeted crack repairs.
A total of 198 linear feet of AkwaGuard interior basement drainage system will be installed along the interior perimeter. This system is designed to collect groundwater seepage at the footing/wall joint and channel it directly to the sump station, preventing flooding, dampness, and hydrostatic pressure buildup.
The project also includes the installation of one SuperSump sump station, providing high-capacity pumping, an airtight lid, and a durable liner for reliable water removal. The SuperSump system ensures continuous protection against rising water levels and helps maintain a dry basement environment.
Additionally, the scope of work includes crack repairs on the basement walls. All identified cracks will be cleaned, prepped, and sealed using appropriate repair materials to prevent water intrusion and protect the structural integrity of the foundation walls.
