This project included both structural wood repairs and crawl space waterproofing improvements to ensure a safe, dry, and well-ventilated space.
Structural work involved:


24 feet of rim joist and plate replacement


17 feet of sill plate repair


15 feet of center beam repair


10 sister joists installed to reinforce weakened framing


To address moisture management, 122 linear feet of AmeriDrain drainage system was installed, directing groundwater toward one AmeriSump sump station for effective water removal.
The crawl space was further upgraded with six vent replacements to improve airflow and ventilation, and a new steel crawl space access door was installed for secure and convenient entry.
