complete solution to repair a wet crawlspace in Fairmount, Indiana. Our team
installed a 1900 sq ft crawlspace drainage system designed to effectively
capture and redirect groundwater away from the foundation. We also installed a
high-performance sump pump system to keep the area dry and protected. To
further safeguard the space, 1900 sq ft of CleanSpace vapor barrier was
applied, creating a clean, moisture-resistant liner over the floor and walls.
Debris removal ensured a clean work area, while Timbor spray was applied to
help prevent mold growth. Finally, a high-efficiency dehumidifier was installed
to maintain long-term humidity control, delivering a healthier, more
energy-efficient crawlspace environment.
