Americrawl provided a complete wet crawlspace repair solution for a customer in Indianapolis, Indiana, designed to eliminate moisture problems and protect the home’s foundation. The project included installing a 1532 sq. ft. drainage system and a sump pump with discharge line and bubbler well to effectively manage groundwater and prevent standing water issues. A 1724 sq. ft. CleanSpace vapor barrier was installed to seal the crawlspace and block humidity from the soil. The team also performed a crawlspace access door replacement for improved entry and protection, and applied TimBor spray to help prevent mold, mildew, and wood rot—ensuring a cleaner, healthier, and more energy-efficient crawlspace environment.
