Solutions provided:
Americrawl provided a complete solution to repair a wet crawlspace in Anderson, Indiana. The project began with a full debris clean-out, followed by the installation of a 1,144 sq. ft. drainage system designed to capture and redirect groundwater to a reliable sump pump with a durable sump pump liner. A discharge line with a bubbler well was added to carry water safely away from the foundation. To further protect the space, a 1,144 sq. ft. vapor barrier was installed to seal the crawlspace from ground moisture. Americrawl also replaced seven foundation vents, upgraded the crawlspace door and frame, and added 114 linear feet of 2” foundation foam insulation for improved energy efficiency and moisture control. These comprehensive crawlspace repair solutions help ensure a dry, healthy, and protected foundation for years to come.
