Americrawl recently
helped a customer repair a wet crawlspace by providing a full range of
waterproofing and moisture control solutions. Our team began with a debris
clean out to remove all damp and damaged materials, followed by the
installation of a 1,392 sq. ft. drainage system designed to capture and
redirect groundwater away from the foundation. A powerful sump pump was
installed to keep the crawlspace dry year-round. To further improve ventilation
and exterior protection, Americrawl replaced five foundation vents and
installed five new foundation vent wells, ensuring proper airflow and moisture
balance. Additionally, a new crawlspace door and area well were installed to seal
and protect the entry point. These Americrawl waterproofing solutions help
prevent future water intrusion, protect structural integrity, and create a
healthier, more energy-efficient home environment.
