Job completed for Bevlah B.

Completion date: September 20, 2007

Location: Upland, IN

Solutions provided:

Americrawl completed an extensive crawl space structural restoration to address wood deterioration and floor instability. The project included replacing 27 feet of rim joist and plate and 43 feet of sill plate, both critical components in supporting the weight of the home and connecting the floor framing to the foundation.
To further strengthen the floor system, Americrawl installed 5 sister joists to reinforce weakened sections and 31 full-length replacement floor joists to restore complete load-bearing capacity. Additionally, the crew installed three new poured concrete support pads beneath the main center beam, providing a solid and permanent foundation for structural jacks and ensuring even weight distribution across the crawl space.
