Americrawl completed a comprehensive structural repair project to restore stability and integrity to the home’s crawl space framing system. The crew replaced 68 feet of 2x4 sill plate, addressing areas weakened by moisture exposure and age. In addition, 42 2x8 sister joists were installed alongside the existing floor joists to reinforce structural strength and ensure proper floor leveling and support.
To complete the repair, 32 feet of rim joist and plate were replaced, sealing and stabilizing the perimeter framing where deterioration had been identified.
