Americrawl performed a complete crawl space cleanout to remove debris, damaged insulation, and any organic material that could contribute to moisture buildup or mold growth. After preparing the area, the team installed 110 feet of AmeriDrain drainage system to efficiently capture and direct groundwater to the new AmeriSump sump station, ensuring the space stays dry during heavy rainfall or seasonal changes.
To further protect the area, 500 square feet of CleanSpace encapsulation system was applied, sealing the crawl space from the earth’s moisture and creating a clean, dry, and energy-efficient environment. To maintain optimal humidity levels year-round, a SaniDry dehumidifier was also installed to help control moisture and improve indoor air quality throughout the home.
