Americrawl completed a comprehensive crawl space restoration and structural support project that included the installation of 1,200 square feet of CleanSpace encapsulation system, providing a durable and sealed barrier against ground moisture and humidity.
To strengthen the foundation support, our team installed an 18-foot steel I-beam along with four adjustable SmartJack posts to properly level and stabilize the floor structure above. A new steel crawl space access door was also installed to ensure long-term durability and easy entry for future maintenance.
Additionally, the crawl space was thoroughly cleaned out, and 1,200 square feet of Timbor Spray was applied to protect all exposed wood framing from mold, mildew, and wood decay.
