Job completed for Jim B.

Completion date: June 8, 2000

Location: Anderson, IN

Solutions provided:

Americrawl completed a crawl space waterproofing and structural repair project that included the installation of 139 linear feet of AmeriDrain drainage system, one AmeriSump sump station, and 1,385 square feet of vapor barrier to protect the area from moisture and humidity.
During inspection, sections of the sill plate were found to be deteriorated from long-term moisture exposure. Our team replaced 10 feet of damaged sill plate with new pressure-treated lumber, restoring the integrity of the foundation support.
The newly installed AmeriDrain system efficiently channels groundwater into the AmeriSump pump system, which discharges it safely away from the home. The 6-mil vapor barrier was then placed across the crawl space floor to reduce humidity, mold potential, and future wood damage.
