Job completed for Layla B .
Completion date: November 2, 2011
Location: Carmel, IN
Solutions provided:
Americrawl completed a structural stabilization project involving the installation of 10 Helical Foundation Piers to support a crawlspace that was detaching from the main basement foundation.
Over time, soil movement and settlement caused the crawlspace portion of the structure to separate slightly from the adjoining basement, resulting in uneven floors and visible foundation cracks. To address this issue, helical piers were strategically installed beneath the affected foundation sections to transfer the structural load to stable soil layers below.
Each pier was hydraulically driven to the proper depth and torque specification to ensure long-term stability. Once installed, the foundation was carefully lifted and permanently secured, restoring structural integrity and preventing further settlement.
