Job completed for Mike B.
Completion date: November 5, 2008
Location: Munster, IN
Solutions provided:
Americrawl completed a foundation project that involved installing eight wall anchors on a bowing basement wall, along with slab removal and repouring to ensure full structural integrity.
Due to hydrostatic pressure and soil expansion, the basement wall had begun to bow inward, compromising the foundation’s stability. To correct this, our team carefully excavated and removed the existing concrete slab to gain proper access for anchor installation. Eight heavy-duty wall anchors were then installed and tensioned to stabilize the wall and gradually restore its alignment. Once the anchors were set and secured, a new concrete slab was poured and finished to restore the basement floor to its original condition.
