For this crawlspace restoration project, the Americrawl team completed a comprehensive waterproofing and structural repair process that included 145 feet of AmeriDrain drainage system, 960 square feet of CleanSpace encapsulation, 46 feet of sill plate replacement, 3 sister joist reinforcements, and 1 full-length floor joist replacement.
The AmeriDrain drainage system was installed along the interior perimeter of the crawlspace to efficiently capture and redirect groundwater to the sump station, preventing water buildup and long-term moisture issues. The CleanSpace encapsulation system was installed across 960 square feet of the crawlspace floor and walls, providing a durable vapor barrier to control humidity, prevent mold growth, and create a clean, dry environment.
Structural integrity was also restored through 46 feet of sill plate replacement, 3 sister joist repairs, and 1 full-length floor joist replacement, ensuring the home’s foundation framing remains strong and stable.
