Job completed for Colleen B.
Completion date: September 21, 2007
Location: Cicero, IN
Solutions provided:
For this project, the Americrawl team completed a series of important crawl space improvements to strengthen and protect the home’s foundation area. A new steel crawl space access door was installed, providing a secure, durable, and weather-resistant entry point to the crawl space.
Additionally, 8 feet of sill plate replacement was performed to address areas of wood deterioration and restore proper structural support to the home’s framing system. To ensure reliable sump system performance throughout the colder months, a FreezeGuard discharge line extension was also added. This upgrade allows water to safely exit the system even if the exterior line freezes, preventing potential backup or flooding issues.
