For this basement waterproofing project, our team installed 97 linear feet of AkwaGuard Basement Drainage System to effectively manage and redirect water intrusion away from the foundation. The AkwaGuard system was carefully placed along the interior perimeter of the basement floor to capture seepage and channel it toward the sump system, preventing water buildup and helping to maintain a dry, stable environment.
In addition, 145 square feet of CleanSpace wall liner was installed along the interior basement walls. This durable vapor barrier not only enhances the appearance of the basement but also helps prevent moisture and vapor transmission through the foundation walls. By sealing the walls with CleanSpace, the system now provides superior protection against dampness and potential mold growth.
