For this project, our team completed a comprehensive crawl space repair and waterproofing system. The work included: 138 feet of AmeriDrain drainage system installed to effectively manage groundwater and prevent standing water issues. 1 AmeriSump sump station added for reliable water removal and long-term protection. 1,385 square feet of durable vapor barrier placed throughout the crawl space to control moisture and improve overall air quality. 5 vent replacements completed to seal off outside air and keep the crawl space conditioned and energy-efficient.
