Americrawl recently completed a comprehensive basement waterproofing and crawlspace encapsulation project for a homeowner experiencing water intrusion and moisture issues. Our team installed 124 linear feet of basement drainage connected to a reliable SuperSump® sump pump system to efficiently manage groundwater. To properly discharge water away from the foundation, we added three LawnScape™ outlets for effective drainage solutions. For crawlspace protection, 880 sq ft of CleanSpace® vapor barrier was installed to seal out moisture, paired with a Timbor® spray treatment to protect structural wood from mold and decay. This Americrawl system ensures a dry, healthy, and energy-efficient home.
