Our team installed 162 linear feet of the AmeriDrain drainage system, providing effective water management to keep the crawl space dry and protected. This system was paired with one AmeriSump sump station for reliable water removal.
To seal and protect the space from ground moisture, we installed 1,285 square feet of 6-mil vapor barrier, creating a clean and energy-efficient crawl space environment.
We also improved airflow and ventilation by replacing six crawl space vents, ensuring proper circulation to maintain a healthy environment.
For added structural support, we replaced 20 feet of center beam, reinforcing the floor system and enhancing the overall stability of the home.
