Our team completed a structural repair project to restore stability and integrity to the floor system. The work included the installation of eleven (11) full-length 2” x 8” x 12’ floor joists, providing essential reinforcement to weakened or compromised framing. To further strengthen load-bearing points, we installed five (5) box header caps, ensuring proper distribution of structural loads across critical areas.
For additional support under key sections of the floor, we installed an 8-foot steel I-beam, offering long-lasting strength and stability. This beam was paired with two (2) adjustable SmartJacks, which provide precise height adjustment and support to correct sagging floors and prevent future settlement.
