Serving Indiana Since 1993

Job completed for Ronald A.

Completion date: July 8, 1998

Location: Indianapolis, IN

Solutions provided:

This project included the installation of 164 linear feet of the AmeriDrain Drainage System, engineered to efficiently manage groundwater and prevent excess moisture from entering the crawl space. To ensure reliable water removal, we installed one AmeriSump sump station, providing a dedicated solution for collecting and discharging water safely away from the foundation.
We then installed 1,280 square feet of a durable 6-mil black vapor barrier across the crawl space floor. This vapor barrier significantly reduces moisture levels, protects structural components, and helps maintain a healthier environment within the home.
Additionally, the scope of work included three new vent replacements to improve ventilation efficiency and a heavy-duty steel crawl space access door, ensuring secure and long-lasting entry to the crawl space.
