We installed a proper crawl space access point, added a dehumidification system, and encapsulated the space with a moisture barrier to keep it dry, clean, and healthy.
Very happy with the improvements to the crawl space. I had a cable guy installing down there the following week. He said it was the cleanest crawl space he had ever been in!
