The customer contacted us due to water intrusion in their basement, poor drainage around the foundation, and cracks above windows showing lintel damage.
We installed a sump pump, added proper drainage, waterproofed the basement, and repaired the lintels to restore safety and prevent future water issues.
Very happy with the improvements to the crawl space. I had a cable guy installing down there the following week. He said it was the cleanest crawl space he had ever been in!
