For this project, we installed 1 Helical Piers to provide structural stabilization and permanent support to the foundation in critical load-bearing areas. Each pier was designed to reach load-bearing soil, ensuring that the foundation remains secure and resistant to settlement.
Additionally, we performed two lintel footing pours, each measuring 2 feet by 4 feet in length and width. These lintel footings were strategically installed to reinforce the structural integrity of the foundation where necessary, providing extra stability for areas with compromised support.
