For this project, our team completed a full crawl space cleanout, removing all debris and preparing the space for long-term protection and improved air quality. After thoroughly cleaning the area, we installed 160 feet of AmeriDrain drainage system along the interior perimeter. This system effectively collects and channels groundwater away from the foundation, preventing water intrusion and reducing the risk of structural damage.
To provide reliable water removal, we installed one AmeriSump sump station, which works in conjunction with the drainage system to ensure water is efficiently discharged from the crawl space.
To further control moisture and create a clean, dry environment, we installed 1,600 square feet of a 6-mil vapor barrier across the entire crawl space floor.
