For this project, our team performed a complete clean-out of 650 square feet of crawlspace, removing all debris, old insulation, and any organic material that could contribute to moisture issues or pest activity.
Following the clean-out, we installed 650 square feet of the CleanSpace Encapsulation System, a high-performance vapor barrier designed to seal the crawlspace and prevent moisture, humidity, and mold growth. This durable liner creates a clean, dry, and energy-efficient environment, improving the overall air quality and protecting the structural integrity of the home.
