The crew installed 116 linear feet of AmeriDrain drainage system along the crawl space perimeter to effectively manage groundwater and prevent moisture buildup. A SuperSump sump station was installed to ensure reliable water removal and long-term protection. The crawl space was fully encapsulated with 800 square feet of CleanSpace liner, creating a clean, dry, and energy-efficient environment. A Timbor Spray treatment was applied to all exposed wood surfaces for mold and pest prevention. Additionally, the team performed 13 feet of sill plate repair to address wood deterioration and restore proper structural support. A block-style steel access door was also installed, providing durable and secure entry to the crawl space.
