This customer completed the project in two phases to fully address basement water management and moisture control. During the initial phase, our expert crew installed approximately 140 linear feet of AkwaGuard drainage system to collect and redirect groundwater along the basement perimeter. The system was tied into one AmeriSump sump pump station to provide reliable water removal, along with a 35-foot discharge line to safely carry water away from the foundation. Approximately one month later, the customer requested an additional phase of work, during which 140 linear feet of CleanSpace wall covering was installed along the basement walls. The CleanSpace wall system helps manage wall moisture by directing seepage into the drainage system while improving overall basement cleanliness, durability, and long-term moisture control.

Our expert crew installed approximately 47 linear feet of AkwaGuard basement drainage system to effectively collect and manage groundwater along the basement perimeter, helping to relieve hydrostatic pressure and prevent water intrusion. The drainage system is connected to one SuperSump sump pump station, providing reliable, high-capacity water removal to safely discharge water away from the foundation. An IceGuard is installed on the sump discharge line to prevent freezing or blockage during cold weather conditions, ensuring dependable year-round performance. In addition, approximately 47 linear feet of CleanSpace wall covering is installed along the basement walls to serve as a moisture barrier, directing wall seepage into the drainage system while improving the overall cleanliness, durability, and moisture control of the basement environment.

Our experienced crew installed a job that includes multiple structural repairs and reinforcements to restore proper support and stability to the home’s floor system. An 18-foot section of the center beam is replaced, along with an additional 13-foot center beam replacement, to address compromised or deteriorated structural members. Nine floor joists are sistered to reinforce weakened joists and improve load-bearing capacity. In addition, approximately 9 feet of rim joist and sill plate are repaired or replaced to restore structural integrity at the perimeter. A 23-foot steel I-beam is installed to provide enhanced floor support and is set on one poured concrete pad beneath the center beam to ensure a stable bearing surface. The I-beam is further supported by six SmartJacks, which are properly positioned and adjusted to evenly distribute loads and stabilize the floor system. Collectively, this work corrects structural deficiencies, reduces floor deflection, and provides long-term reinforcement to the home’s support structure.

The scope of work includes the installation of approximately 40 linear feet of AmeriDrain drainage system, strategically placed to effectively collect and redirect groundwater away from the crawlspace and foundation areas. This drainage system is designed to reduce standing water and relieve moisture pressure that can contribute to structural and environmental issues. In addition, approximately 1,050 square feet of durable vapor barrier is installed across the crawlspace floor, providing continuous ground coverage to limit moisture evaporation and control humidity levels. The vapor barrier is carefully secured, sealed at seams, and properly fitted around obstructions to ensure long-term performance. Together, these improvements enhance moisture management, protect structural components from deterioration, and contribute to a cleaner, drier, and more stable crawlspace environment.

Our crew installed includes the cleanout and preparation of approximately 1,200 square feet of crawlspace extending off the basement area, removing debris and existing materials as needed to create a clean and serviceable environment. Following the cleanout, a CleanSpace encapsulation system is installed throughout the crawlspace to provide a continuous vapor barrier, helping to control moisture, improve air quality, and protect the structural components from humidity-related damage. In addition to the encapsulation work, a 24-foot steel I-beam is installed beneath the structure and supported by six poured concrete pads to create stable and properly engineered load-bearing points. This combination of moisture control and structural reinforcement enhances the overall durability, stability, and long-term performance of the crawlspace and supporting floor system.

 Our crew started this installation of approximately 98 linear feet of AkwaGuard basement drainage system along the interior perimeter of the basement to effectively collect, manage, and redirect groundwater away from the foundation. This drainage system is professionally installed to relieve hydrostatic pressure and is properly integrated to ensure consistent water flow toward the discharge point. The system is connected to one SuperSump sump pump, which provides high-capacity and dependable water removal during normal operating conditions. The SuperSump is further equipped with an UltraSump battery backup system to maintain continuous operation in the event of a power outage or during periods of heavy water intrusion, offering added protection and peace of mind. In addition to the water management components, four wall anchors are installed to address existing bowing basement walls. These anchors are strategically placed and securely anchored into stable soil outside the foundation to halt further inward movement of the walls and help stabilize the foundation structure. Collectively, this work improves overall basement moisture control, reduces the risk of water damage, reinforces structural stability, and provides a long-term solution for protecting the basement and foundation.
