Americrawl completed a structural stabilization project involving the installation of 10 Helical Foundation Piers to support a crawlspace that was detaching from the main basement foundation. Over time, soil movement and settlement caused the crawlspace portion of the structure to separate slightly from the adjoining basement, resulting in uneven floors and visible foundation cracks. To address this issue, helical piers were strategically installed beneath the affected foundation sections to transfer the structural load to stable soil layers below. Each pier was hydraulically driven to the proper depth and torque specification to ensure long-term stability. Once installed, the foundation was carefully lifted and permanently secured, restoring structural integrity and preventing further settlement.

Americrawl completed the installation of one UltraSump Battery Backup System in the customer’s basement. The project included installing 1,064 sq. ft. of CleanSpace® crawlspace liner, creating a durable vapor barrier that seals out ground moisture and improves indoor air quality. A debris cleanout was performed to remove old floor insulation, debris, and organic material, ensuring a clean and stable environment. To help prevent future mold the crawlspace was treated with TimBor® spray. For this basement waterproofing project, our crew installed 25 feet of AkwaGuard Basement Drainage System along the interior perimeter of the basement to effectively manage groundwater intrusion and prevent future water buildup. This system is designed to capture and channel water seepage directly to the sump pump for efficient discharge. To complete the system, one AmeriSump Sump Station was installed.
