This project involved the installation of 210 linear feet of the AmeriDrain Drainage System, designed to effectively manage groundwater and prevent moisture intrusion in the crawl space. To enhance water removal efficiency, we installed one AmeriSump sump station, providing a reliable discharge point for collected water. In addition, we installed a high-quality 6-mil vapor barrier across the crawl space floor, offering superior moisture protection and reducing humidity levels. This barrier plays a crucial role in improving indoor air quality and protecting structural components from long-term damage caused by moisture. As part of the project, we also completed structural wood repairs, addressing compromised sill plates, rim joists, and other framing members affected by moisture or deterioration. This reinforcement ensures the stability, safety, and longevity of the home’s foundation and support structure.

This home received a waterproofing upgrade with the installation of 138 linear feet of the AkwaGuard Basement Drainage System. This system was designed to collect and direct water away from the foundation, helping to keep the basement dry and protected. A SuperSump sump station was installed to ensure reliable pumping capacity, while an UltraSump battery backup system was added in case of power outages. In addition, the crawl spaces attached to the basement were treated with a full Timbor spray application, safeguarding all exposed wood against mold, mildew.

Our team began this project with a full crawl space cleanout, removing debris and preparing the area for installation. To manage water intrusion, we installed 138 feet of the AmeriDrain Drainage System along the perimeter. For added protection, the crawl space was sealed with 1,100 square feet of the CleanSpace Encapsulation System, helping to control moisture and create a healthier environment. We also applied 1,100 square feet of Timbor Spray to protect the wood components from mold, mildew, and future fungal growth. In addition to moisture control, we performed structural wood repairs, including the replacement of 14 feet of sill plate and reinforcement with 3 sister joists to restore strength and stability to the floor system.

This project required a full crawlspace overhaul to address both moisture issues and structural concerns. Our team installed 220 feet of AmeriDrain Drainage System along with a new AmeriSump sump pump to efficiently manage groundwater. A new steel crawlspace access door was also added for improved durability and maintenance entry. We performed fiberglass insulation and debris removal to clear out deteriorated materials before completing structural repairs. This included 17 feet of sill plate replacement and the installation of 10 sister joists to reinforce weakened floor framing. To further protect the wood components, a Timbor Spray treatment was applied. For moisture protection, we installed a 6-mil vapor barrier covering 1,750 square feet, ensuring the crawlspace remains dry.

This project involved a full moisture management and structural reinforcement plan to protect the homeowner’s crawlspace. We installed 148 linear feet of AmeriDrain Drainage System paired with one AmeriSump sump pump to efficiently collect and redirect groundwater away from the foundation. To control ground moisture and improve air quality, 1,360 square feet of 6-mil vapor barrier was placed across the crawlspace floor. Our team also performed structural wood repairs, including 14 feet of rim joists and plate replacement, 6 feet of sill plate replacement, and the installation of 4 sister joists to reinforce weakened floor framing. For added protection against mold and wood decay, we applied Timbor Spray to all exposed structural wood components.
