As part of the structural repairs, we replaced 9 feet of rim joist and plate, 5 feet of sill plate, and installed one sister joist, reinforcing the crawl space framing and ensuring structural stability. To improve moisture control, we installed 1,250 square feet of 6-mil vapor barrier, creating a sealed environment that reduces humidity, prevents mold growth, and protects the crawl space from water damage.
